Job summary

Freese and Nichols is seeking an early career Architecture Design Professional to join our Fort Worth, TX office. You will develop BIM models in Revit, generate construction documents, and support Project Architects across design and construction activities.

You will collaborate with engineers, designers, contractors, and consultants to deliver high-quality architectural solutions, perform code research, and prepare diagrams for reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited college or university.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Master of Architecture preferred.
• Experience with SketchUp and InDesign.
• Experience producing working drawings with Revit.
• NCARB Record and LEED Green Associate certifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop/Operate/Maintain BIM models to generate construction documents.
• Support Project Architects with planning, design, and construction activities.
• Create plan layouts, circulation studies, quantity takeoffs, space utilization studies.
• Review submittals and conduct preliminary code analysis/research.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, contractors, and consultants.
• Prepare information and diagrams for reports.
