You will partner with others to complete design tasks, including: Develop/Operate/Maintain BIM models, utilizing them to generate construction documents. Support Project Architects by performing or delegating a range of architectural planning, design, and construction activities including plan layouts, circulation studies, quantity takeoffs, space utilization studies, construction submittal review and preliminary code analysis/research. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, contractors, and consultants, to deliver high-quality architectural solutions Research and develop background material and correlate data for others. Prepare information and diagrams for reports.
