Job summary

AIA Triangle in Raleigh seeks an entry- to mid-level architectural professional to collaborate across design phases and help with project documentation and coordination with consultants.

You will assist Project Managers and Project Architects with construction administration and support a team focused on multifamily, mixed-use, and retail projects. Bachelor’s in Architecture required; 0–5 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 0-5 years of experience in architecture or related field.
• Multifamily, Mixed-Use, and Retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and contribute during all design phases.
• Participate heavily in project documentation and consultant coordination.
• Assist Project Managers and Project Architects with construction administration.
