Job summary

PA Consulting Group in Boston seeks a senior design leader to head the US Design Practice, delivering complex, multidisciplinary product development programs in regulated MedTech environments. You will work with engineers, scientists and quality specialists, drive best practice, and ensure alignment with ISO 13485 and Quality Management Systems while expanding

Qualifications

• Senior design leader with client-facing and delivery experience.
• Significant experience leading multidisciplinary product development programmes.
• Extensive MedTech experience and understanding of regulated environments.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong commercial awareness with track record in growth and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US Design Practice and oversee capability development.
• Deliver complex multidisciplinary programs from concept to deployment.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and guide opportunities.
• Drive business development and growth and contribute to strategic proposals.
• Promote best practice and design methods across delivery teams.
• Develop high-performing teams and build design capability.
• Champion human-centered design within technical and regulated settings.
• Represent PA and the Design capability to external communities.
