PA is seeking a Senior Design Leader to head the US Design Practice in Boston, driving delivery across multidisciplinary programs within regulated MedTech environments. You will translate global design capability strategies into regional execution, build high-performing teams, and partner with clients to deliver human-centered, commercially impactful solutions that meet regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Senior design leader with client-facing and delivery experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary product development programmes.
• Significant experience within MedTech.
• Strong understanding of design operating within multidisciplinary product development environments.
• Expertise in complex and regulated product development and medical device development processes.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems, ISO 13485.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards.
• Strong commercial awareness with growth and business development experience.
• Leadership of high-performing teams and capability building.

Responsibilities

• Lead the US Design Practice and align with global priorities.
• Oversee delivery of complex programs from ideation to implementation with high-quality outcomes.
• Build senior client relationships and advise on problems and solutions.
• Drive business growth by shaping propositions and converting pipeline into engagements.
• Promote standardized design methods and ensure alignment with QMS and regulated development frameworks.
• Develop high-performing teams and capability through coaching and deployment planning.
• Champion human-centered design in technical and regulated environments.
• Represent PA and the Design capability to internal and external stakeholders.
