Job summary

PA Consulting is seeking a senior Design Practice Lead based in Boston, responsible for leading and expanding the US Design capability. You will drive multi-disciplinary programs, collaborate with engineers and scientists, and shape opportunities to deliver high-impact client solutions in Health & Life Sciences and beyond.

You will bridge global capability with regional execution, mentor teams, and champion human-centered design in regulated product development contexts.

Qualifications

• Senior design leader with client-facing and delivery experience.
• Experience leading complex multidisciplinary product development programmes.
• Significant experience within MedTech or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of design within engineering-led product development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the US Design Practice and capabilities.
• Deliver complex, multidisciplinary programs from ideation to delivery.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and drive growth.
