Job summary

PA seeks a Senior Design Practice Lead based in Boston to steer the US Design capability, guiding multidisciplinary teams through regulated, complex product programs. You will translate global strategy into regional execution, drive client engagement and growth, and champion human-centered design across health, life sciences and beyond.

You will lead delivery excellence, nurture talent, and build partnerships that advance PA’s impact in regulated healthcare innovation.

Qualifications

• Senior design leader with client-facing and delivery experience.
• Proven track record in complex, multidisciplinary product development programs.
• Significant MedTech experience and regulatory understanding.
• Experience working in Quality Management Systems and ISO 13485 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead US Design Practice and ensure alignment with global priorities.
• Oversee delivery of complex programs from ideation to implementation in regulated environments.
• Build and maintain senior client relationships and drive business development.
• Promote best practices and design standards across delivery teams.
• Develop high-performing teams and ensure capability growth.
