The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in related fields, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Travel up to 30% and potential involvement in multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years relevant experience.
• Experience leading process improvement and digital transformation is preferred.
• Strong teamwork, initiative, communication, and leadership skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and project software skills.
• Basic understanding of construction law and business practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the design process and define project expectations with owners.
• Lead design teams and coordinate with designers on design-build projects.
• Develop and present project proposals.
• Create detailed design phase and baseline construction schedules.
• Oversee subcontractor selections and site utilization.
• Guide estimating team on technical design and cost documentation.
• Manage design phase costs, VE, and budget.
• Ensure regulatory approvals and risk management requirements are met.
• Implement LEED tracking and analysis.
• Mentor design phase staff and participate in hiring decisions.
• Travel up to 30%.
