Pacific Lifestyle Homes Inc is seeking an experienced Permit and Design Manager to lead the design and permitting operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant plan submittals that support our homebuilding goals.

This full-time role offers an opportunity to elevate project quality, workflow efficiency, and regulatory success, reporting to the Purchasing Director and overseeing the production drafting team.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in permit processing, design management, or related roles within residential construction

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop the Permit, Design, and Drafting team with mentorship and professional growth
• Oversee all production drafting for divisions, ensuring permit-ready plan sets and consistent standards
• Oversee full design function across divisions, ensuring plans meet brand standards and customer expectations
• Lead permitting function with timely submissions and strong relations with jurisdictions WA/OR/ID
• Collaborate with construction, land, engineering, purchasing, and sales to align drafting and permitting with field ops
• Set KPIs for drafting, permitting, and design; drive process improvements and standardization across divisions
