Job summary

Enhaus Design Build in Altadena, CA is seeking a Project Designer who can own projects from schematic design through permit-ready construction documents. You will produce clean residential drawing sets in Revit or CAD and stay with the project into construction so what is built matches what was drawn.

This role requires 2–4 years of residential design experience, proficiency in Revit, CAD, and SketchUp, and the ability to lead a junior designer, coordinate with clients and project managers, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in architecture, interior design, or related field.
• 2–4 years of residential design experience; design-build or GC-integrated a plus.
• Produces a complete residential CD set in Revit or CAD and can step into an active project’s set.
• Proficiency in Revit and/or CAD essential; working knowledge of SketchUp and Bluebeam.
• Experience coordinating with clients, PMs, and consultants through permitting and construction.

Responsibilities

• Step into active projects mid-stream: pick up an in-progress set and keep it moving.
• Lead assigned projects from schematic design through permit-ready construction documents.
• Produce complete residential drawing sets: site, floor, elevations, sections, details, mechanical locations.
• QC call-outs between architectural and structural sets before submission.
• Direct and review a junior designer's models, drawings, and revisions.
