Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Design Program Manager to own the Logistics outcome within the Design Studio. You will identify workflow bottlenecks, build internal tools, automate recurring tasks, and redefine scheduling and review cadences to maximize the team’s usable time.

You’ll measure impact and iterate to drive scalable, low-friction operations. You will collaborate with other DPMs, elevate operating cadence, and reduce manual coordination.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in operations, program management, or business operations building systems and tools.
• Builder mindset: created tools/workflows that cut manual work.
• PM instincts applied to operations: diagnose, prototype, ship, measure, iterate.
• Ability to own an outcome independently at L4/L5 scope.
• Comfort with AI and no-code tooling to prototype and ship internal tools without an engineer.

Responsibilities

• Own the Logistics outcome and maximize team bandwidth.
• Identify major sources of operational drag and build a prioritized roadmap of tools and fixes.
• Define and build tools, automations, and workflows that reduce manual coordination.
• Redesign Studio operating rhythms, reviews, planning cadences, and information flows.
• Measure success: usable time, meeting load, adoption, and reduced manual work.
• Turn recurring requests into scalable solutions and preempt future problems.
• Own scheduling, budgets, vendor, and logistics programs as a builder.
