Job summary

DoorDash seeks a Design Program Manager to own the Logistics pillar of Design Operations. You will diagnose time sinks, design new tools, automate recurring workflows, and redefine scheduling and reviews to maximize the team’s bandwidth. You will measure outcomes and iteratively improve adoption and impact.

You’ll partner with other Design Program Managers and scale internal tools to reduce manual effort quarter over quarter, ensuring teams can focus on high-value work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, program management, or business operations.
• Built systems or tools that reduced manual work.
• Experience applying product mindset to operations.
• Ability to own outcomes at senior levels (L4/L5).
• Comfort with AI and no-code tools to prototype internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the Logistics outcome and maximize team bandwidth.
• Identify operational drag and roadmap tools/process fixes.
• Define and build tools, automations, and workflows for scheduling, budgets, vendor Mgmt, logistics.
• Redesign Studio operations: reviews, cadences, information flows.
• Measure impact and iterate on system effectiveness.
• Turn recurring requests into scalable solutions to prevent recurrences.
• Manage scheduling, budget, vendor, and logistics programs to reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with other Design Program Managers on the Logistics pod.
