Job summary

Capital One's Premium Design - Rewards team is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Designer to join the Experience Design organization in New York. You will lead design strategy for high-impact, data-driven experiences for premium customers, mentoring designers and collaborating with product and technology partners.

You will oversee product design across interaction, visual and service design, shape roadmaps, and ensure human-centered outcomes while advancing the design system.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in a Product Design role.
• At least 6 years of experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and consult with designers to mature the design discipline and move work forward efficiently.
• Shape product direction and outcomes by leveraging user insights and business context, aligning across product, tech and business partners.
• Advocate for human-centered methodologies and apply data, research insights and design expertise to solve problems across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design artifacts (vision stories, journey maps, blueprints, prototypes).
