Job summary

DoorDash seeks a Design Program Manager to own the Logistics pillar within Design Operations. You will diagnose problems, design systems, build internal tools, automate workflows, and set an efficient operating cadence for ICs and managers.

You'll measure impact on usable time, meeting load, and adoption, while turning recurring requests into scalable solutions and partnering with other DPMs as the scope grows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, program management, or business operations building systems and tools.
• Builder mindset with tools, workflows, or automations replacing manual work.
• PM instincts applied to operations: diagnose, prototype, ship, measure, iterate.
• Ability to own an outcome independently at L4/L5 scope.

Responsibilities

• Own the Logistics outcome and maximize team bandwidth.
• Identify operational drag and create a roadmap of tools and fixes.
• Build tools, automations, and workflows for scheduling, budgets, vendor management, and event logistics.
• Redesign studio operations: reviews, cadences, rhythms, information flows.
• Measure success: usable time, reduced manual work, higher adoption.
