Centene Corp. is offering an internship to learn and contribute across Design Operations and UX Research in the Managed Care industry.

You will work on resource allocation, capacity planning, and project coordination while building Airtable solutions and reporting workflows to connect operational data. You will analyze UX project metrics, learn various job functions, and communicate progress to mentors and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent completed. Must be enrolled in a graduate program in a related field.
• Open to internship students who are pursuing graduate studies.
• Ability to learn across multiple functions within Managed Care.

Responsabilités

• Support Design Operations and UX Research initiatives, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and project coordination.
• Build and maintain Airtable solutions, dashboards, and reporting workflows that connect operational data across systems.
• Analyze UX project metrics, team capacity, and delivery outcomes; document processes and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness.
• Learn various job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore various career opportunities.
• Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects.
• Communicate project status and results to staff mentors and management.
• Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within the functional area and industry.
• Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
