Centene Management Company LLC invites an internship to learn about processes and functions within the Managed Care industry, developing professionally by contributing to projects that support the business and gaining exposure to multiple teams.

The role focuses on AI-assisted workflows within the Fondue Design System, auditing and structuring documentation for readability, prototyping AI-enabled discovery, and ensuring accessibility, quality, and consistency across outputs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate coursework completed.
• Must be enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university or college in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Fondue Design System team in exploring AI-assisted workflows
• Audit and structure documentation for AI readability, including semantic descriptions and schemas for reusable patterns
• Prototype and test AI-assisted discovery, concepting, and composition using existing Fondue components, blocks, sections, and patterns
• Validate outputs against established standards for accessibility, consistency, and quality
• Document findings and recommendations, and evaluate where AI can improve design speed without sacrificing accessibility, consistency, or quality
• Learn various job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore various career opportunities
• Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects
• Communicate project status and results to staff mentors and management
• Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional area and industry
• Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards
