Centene Corporation is offering a hands-on internship in the Managed Care UX/Design Operations space in the United States. You will learn across processes, contribute to projects, and help connect operational data through Airtable dashboards.

You will collaborate with mentors, document workflows, analyze metrics, and expand your professional competencies while exploring career paths within Centene’s care delivery ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent completed; graduate studies encouraged.
• Internship in a related field with coursework or practical experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Design Operations and UX Research initiatives, including resource allocation, capacity planning, and project coordination
• Build and maintain Airtable solutions, dashboards, and reporting workflows that connect operational data across systems
• Analyze UX project metrics, team capacity, and delivery outcomes; document processes and identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness
• Learn various job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore various career opportunities
• Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects
• Communicate project status and results to staff mentors and management
• Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional area and industry
• Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies
• Performs other duties as assigned
