Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in design, creative operations, project coordination, product creation, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with comfort preparing meeting notes, updates, and presentation materials.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities with guidance from leaders and project partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or presentation development is a plus.
• Experience working within a creative, design, product, or brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and communications for Design Lab initiatives.
• Track progress, organize updates, and manage project materials and action items.
• Gather information, prepare recap materials, and support discussions on design frameworks and toolkits.
• Develop templates, decks, trackers, and resources to ensure consistency and ease of use.
• Plan and coordinate workshops, meetings, and working sessions.
• Capture decisions, actions, and next steps to keep teams aligned.
