Job summary

Urban Outfitters in Philadelphia is seeking a design operations-support professional to help manage line sheets, color documents, tech packs, and samples throughout the product development cycle.

You will partner with Design, Product Development, Fabric and Print teams to ensure accuracy, timely updates, and on-schedule milestones while contributing to the seasonal presentation materials and processes.

• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to anticipate needs and keep the team organized.

Responsibilities

• Support the Design team throughout the seasonal product development process, helping keep projects organized, accurate, and on schedule.
• Prepare and maintain key seasonal tools and documents, including line sheets, color documents, style information, and presentation materials.
• Create and update style tech packs throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring information is accurate and current.
• Organize and maintain samples and reference materials for team reviews, fittings, and seasonal milestone meetings.
• Partner closely with Design, Product Development, Fabric, Print, and other cross-functional teams to communicate updates and support timely approvals.
• Assist with artwork, fabric, trim, wash, and dye development while helping ensure seasonal deadlines are met.
• Coordinate sample and package shipments to overseas vendors and cross-functional partners as needed.
