Rather than creating design deliverables yourself, you’ll focus on improving how design work is planned, coordinated, tracked, and delivered across projects and teams. This role balances operational planning with day-to-day execution, helping designers spend more time solving customer problems and less time navigating process challenges.You’ll work closely with designers, product teams, engineers, and delivery partners to support the successful execution of design initiatives. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
