Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Creative Technologist to bridge creativity and technology, turning ideas into tangible digital experiences. You will prototype, build demonstrations, and collaborate with marketing, design, and engineering teams to deliver scalable experiences across platforms.

You will translate concepts into functional outputs using web, immersive, or emerging tech, while evaluating new tools like WebGL, AR/VR, and game engines to elevate storytelling.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building interactive digital experiences, prototypes, or demonstrations.
• Front-end or experience-focused technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Ability to translate creative or design concepts into functional technical outputs.
• Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and engineers to deliver shared outcomes.
• Experience using prototyping or creative technology tools such as WebGL, AR/VR, game engines, or no-code platforms.
• Ability to clearly explain technical concepts through demos, visuals, or working examples.

Responsibilities

• Partner with brand, content, experience design, and technical teams to shape end-to-end digital experiences.
• Evaluate and apply new tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Develop proof-of-concepts that can be reused, scaled, or adapted across campaigns, events, and platforms.
• Document technical approaches and reusable components to support consistency and future adoption.
• Support customer-facing moments such as events, briefings, and showcases with reliable, production-ready experiences.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:California (San Francisco Bay Area):$172,440 to $327,600California (All Other): $158,040 to $300,360Colorado: $143,640 to $273,000Massachusetts/ Virginia: $143,640 to $300,360New York City: $172,440 to $327,600Washington: $158,040 to $300,360Washington DC: $158,040 to $300,360This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
