You will report to the AVP, Enterprise Design and guide three direct reports, collaborating with cross-functional partners to bring brands to life.

The role requires 7+ years in CPG design, strong leadership, and advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills.

Competenze

• 7+ years in CPG design, with food industry experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
