Job summary

OLLY is seeking a Design Manager – Growth to lead high‑volume creative across Paid Media, Omni, Amazon, and experiential channels, driving performance through craft, motion, and scalable systems.

You will partner with Marketing, Brand, E‑Commerce, and production vendors to deliver content at scale, evolve motion standards, and implement AI-enabled workflows to speed time-to-market while maintaining creative excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years in design, art direction, motion design, content production, or related disciplines.
• Strong portfolio across digital, performance, social, ecommerce, video, and retail channels.
• Deep expertise in motion design, video editing, and post-production workflows.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead Growth channel creative execution across Paid Media, Omni, Amazon, and experiential initiatives.
• Develop compelling creative solutions to support acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retail performance.
• Own motion design, video editing, and post-production workflows.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, E‑Commerce, Production, and external partners to scale content.
• Implement AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and speed-to-market.
