Job summary

RoShay Services is seeking a Design Manager (Mechanical) to lead mechanical design for HVAC, plumbing, and process piping across data center, healthcare, industrial, and commercial markets. You will manage design development, coordinate BIM models, and ensure code compliance and adherence to safety and quality standards.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and ability to guide engineers and designers from concept through installation while delivering cost-effective,

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical design leadership experience across HVAC, plumbing, and/or process piping.
• Working knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and engineering best practices.
• Proficiency coordinating BIM models and ensuring alignment across design and field execution.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
