Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and maintain electronic filing systems for all projects.
• Assist with timeline management for orders and deliveries based on lead times.
• Help designers by updating portfolios in PowerPoint or similar tools.
• Place, invoice, inventory and deliver hardware and accessory orders to sites.
• Accept cabinet deliveries on job sites and coordinate with teams.
• Collaborate with Finance on project financials.
• Coordinate with Marketing on photography for projects and social media.
• Provide BUY ONE, BUILD ONE marketing materials to clients on each job and for year-end follow-up.
• Other duties may be assigned.
