Job summary

Bespoke Careers is seeking a Project Manager for a design-led architecture and interiors studio in San Francisco. You’ll own tenant improvement and landlord projects across the Bay Area, guiding them from concept through construction while coordinating clients, consultants, and internal teams.

This hands-on, client-facing role requires ownership, strong design intent, and the ability to keep programs on track, budgets in check, and project quality high across all phases.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in architecture/interiors.
• Strong background in workplace/commercial interiors/tenant improvement projects.
• Proven experience across all phases, including construction administration.
• Solid knowledge of Bay Area permitting and building codes.
• Confident, client-facing, and commercially aware.

Responsibilities

• Lead tenant improvement and landlord projects end-to-end.
• Manage clients, consultants, and contractor coordination.
• Oversee documentation, permitting, and construction administration.
• Drive program, budget, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain design quality through execution.
• Act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
