Job summary

billups is seeking a Design Lead to bridge user experience strategy with technical product architecture and aesthetic execution. You will own end-to-end design across our digital product ecosystem—from complex user flows to typography and UI craft.

The right candidate will lead the product design team, drive scalable design systems, and collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and engineering to deliver high-quality interfaces that reflect the brand’s identity and business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-7 years of digital product design experience (UI/UX).
• Proven leadership of design initiatives on complex apps.
• Experience building scalable design systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design process from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Build and maintain scalable UI libraries and design systems.
• Translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Collaborate with strategy, creative and engineering teams.
• Ensure brand identity across digital products.
