Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
• 8+ years in professional design environment under a licensed architect.
• Experience from schematic design through construction administration.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced integrated design-build environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design projects from schematic design through construction documentation and completion.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including internal architects, engineers, and construction teams.
• Translate design concepts into buildable construction documents meeting codes and requirements.
• Oversee production of drawings, specs, submittals; ensure quality and schedule.
• Review codes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Participate in design reviews, constructability assessments, value-engineering discussions.
• Provide ongoing support to construction teams during build phase.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with organization and communication.
