Job summary

Qualifications

• Education typically includes a Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Technology.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with industrial 3D printing equipment.
• Strong CAD skills and knowledge of AM technologies (FDM, SLA, SLS, DMLS).

Responsibilities

• Design & optimization (DfAM) of parts using lattice structures and topology optimization.
• Process & build setup: prepare models in slicing software and set machine parameters.
• Operations & maintenance: operate printers and perform calibrations.
• Post-processing & finishing: remove supports, heat treat, sandblast, polish, and integrate CNC.
• Quality assurance & testing with QC/CMM teams to verify dimensions and material integrity.
