Job summary

BRR Architecture is seeking an aspiring architect to assist in all phases of design under direct supervision. You will work within a team, using BIM tools to develop 3D models and contribute to presentations and documentation.

Responsibilities include site analysis, schematic design, code reviews, and coordination with engineers. This entry role emphasizes collaboration, growth, and exposure to multiple project stages in a dynamic office environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited architecture degree program.
• 3 years of architecture coursework or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team through all phases of architectural design.
• Develop designs through sketches, electronic models, diagrams and massing studies.
• Assist in schematic design, site selection and building analysis.
• Prepare and revise documentation across site plans, floor plans, elevations and details.
• Coordinate building systems to ensure compatibility with design intent.
• Explore materials, building products, and constructability.
• Develop client and peer presentation documents and assist in presentations.
• Assist with building code analysis and systems selections.
• Utilize BIM technologies to develop 3D models of buildings.
• Assist in contract administration tasks.
• Attend project coordination meetings with internal/external teams.
