Job summary

BRR Architecture is seeking an Architectural Design Staff member for a national design firm focused on retail, commercial, and multi-family projects. Responsibilities include producing construction documents, coordinating with disciplines, and supporting client presentations.

Qualifications include an accredited Architecture degree, strong communication, and proficiency in Rev it and AutoCAD. The role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional development

Qualifications

• Professional accredited degree in Architecture.
• Ability to communicate complex architectural concepts clearly.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in presentation and problem-solving.
• Ability to graphically communicate concepts and ideas.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with architectural software such as Revit and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate materials, building products, constructability and processes.
• Produce detailed construction documents for projects.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Refrigeration and Structural disciplines.
• Develop and assist in client and peer presentations.
• Attend project and studio meetings.
• Build, develop, and maintain client relations.
• Assist in problem solving of production issues.
• Ensure project success and review designs and construction documents.
• Conduct site scopes, observation trips, and generate field reports.
