Job summary

TensorWave is seeking a Design Intern to join the Foundry design studio during a growth phase. You will support production of brand assets, manage templates and assets, and contribute to visual exploration.

You will work on campaigns, media production, and brand identity projects, collaborating with the team and iterating based on feedback to deliver polished deliverables.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate in graphic/visual design or equivalent.
• Strong typography, layout, color, and visual communication skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Adapt existing creative systems across multiple formats while maintaining consistency and craft.
• Prepare production-ready files and help manage templates, components, and brand assets.

• Participate in critiques, reviews, and collaborative creative development.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Design Intern to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you’ll be responsible for aiding TensorWave's internal design studio (Foundry) through design production, project support and asset management/archival.

Projects the candidate could expect to work on are campaigns, media production (podcast assets), creative concepting and brand and identity crafting.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in graphic design, communication design, visual design, or a related field, or equivalent self-directed experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong fundamentals in typography, layout, hierarchy, color, and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design tools.
• Strong attention to detail and interest in production craft.
• Ability to work within established systems while exploring new ideas.
• Comfortable receiving feedback, iterating on work, and collaborating with others.
• Curiosity about brand, technology, AI, and culture.

• May - August (12 weeks)
• Tuesday - Friday, 8 hours
