Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) is offering a 10-week Design Intern Program in Farmers Branch, TX. Interns will assist the Design & Merchandising teams, gaining exposure to retail and wholesale fundamentals while supporting seasonal concepts and brand visions.

Interns will work on-site, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and will contribute to tech packs, sample development, and design presentations throughout the program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Schedule: In-Office, Monday - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 30-minute lunch every day

Tech Design Intern Duties and Responsibilities

Project

Interns will be assigned a group project and a mentor to help provide coaching & support throughout the project. The project will be presented in the final week to various leaders within the organization. The goal is to research and present a solution or recommendation based on white space within the company. This will give interns an opportunity to work with cross-functional departments and individuals across our multiple locations to put together a solution to create a positive change.

Qualifications:

• Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Fashion Marketing/Business Majors a plus
  
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program
• Must be available to work on-site, Monday through Friday
• Able to commit to the full duration of the internship program (10 weeks)
• Thrives in collaborative settings and understands the value of cross-functional alignment
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
