SBH Community Service Network Inc. in Ocean, NJ is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to grow our network of interior designers, kitchen designers, architects, and industry professionals.

The role offers a flexible remote/hybrid schedule with occasional showroom visits for meetings and events. You will make outbound calls, introduce our cabinetry solutions, and build long-term relationships while identifying new opportunities through networking and referrals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage your own schedule.
• Experience in business development, sales, CRM, or the design/build industry is a plus.
• Interest or experience in interior design, kitchens, cabinetry, construction, or luxury home products is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Make outbound calls to warm leads and existing industry contacts.
• Introduce designers and trade professionals to our custom cabinetry solutions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships within the design community.
• Schedule showroom appointments and meetings for designers and prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Represent the company professionally at showroom events and industry gatherings as needed.
