Job summary

MillerKnoll in the United States seeks a Sales Assistant to support store operations, assist customers, manage orders, and help with displays. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales support, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising while reporting to the Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Interest in design, retail, or customer service.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable using Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Gmail, and navigating websites.
• Willingness to learn systems like salesforce and design software (we'll train you!).
• Able to lift over 40 lbs and move items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with order processing, delivery coordination, and client follow-up.
• Help maintain the store’s visual presentation and product displays.
• Assist with inventory of marketing materials, swatches, and office supplies.
• Learn about our products and design principles through training and team meetings.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide helpful, friendly service.
