Job summary

MillerKnoll is hiring a Sales Assistant to support daily store operations, help clients, and maintain visual displays in a design-forward environment. This entry-level role offers hands-on training in sales support and customer service, with opportunities to learn about products and design principles.

You’ll report to the Assistant Manager and collaborate with sales and visual teams, gaining experience while growing in a creative setting.

Store Hours:

Open daily, Sunday through Saturday (weekend and holiday availability required)

About the Role:

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll support the team and clients by helping with day-to-day operations in the store. You’ll gain hand-on experience in sales support, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising. This is a support role, ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn and grow in a creative, design-focused environment. You’ll report to the Assistant Manager and work closely with our sales and visual teams.

• Able to lift over 40 lbs and move items as needed

Compensation:

Compensation range for this role is $16.00 - $17.00. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors. You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
