Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking a Design Engineering Supervisor – Fluid Motion Control Products at the Valencia site to lead and mentor design engineers working on actuators, valves, pumps, and switch technologies.

You will shape the technical roadmap and ensure high-quality, compliant designs. The role requires a Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or related field, 7+ years of engineering experience with at least 2 years in supervision, and strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline is required.
• 7+ years of engineering experience with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role is required.
• Experience in design engineering with actuators, valves, pumps, or switch technologies is required.
• Experience in aerospace and defense industries or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with AS9100, ISO-9001, or APQP standards is important.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of actuators, valves, pumps, switches, or similar technologies.
• Experience with product development processes from concept through production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the design engineering team for actuators, valves, pumps, and switch technologies.
• Contribute to development and execution of product technology roadmaps.
• Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost objectives.
