Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Software Engineer, Design Engineering (Starlink) to build and optimize web interfaces for millions of Starlink users. You will deliver high-quality TS React code, work on a .NET micro-service stack in Kubernetes, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve the user experience.

You will design scalable front-end and back-end solutions, participate in architecture and code reviews, and help monitor system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or STEM with 1+ years of full-stack experience or 3+ years of full-stack experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop well-architected, responsive web applications.
• Develop reliable software systems for Starlink.
• Design and implement highly available networks at scale.
• Deliver expert TypeScript React code for modern browsers.
• Full stack development in a .NET micro-service architecture running in Kubernetes.
• Focus on monitoring and alerting to drive data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with internal partners to drive business outcomes.
• Work with other teams to improve architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Deep dive into user problems to craft efficient solutions.
• Contribute actively in team discussions on architecture and code reviews.
