Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 7+ years engineering experience with 2+ years supervisory.
• Lean/CI knowledge and experience.
• CAD/CAM software experience; ERP/manufacturing software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design engineering for product development in designated categories.
• Manage NPD, testing/validation, and line extensions.
• Ensure performance and safety targets per LEAP and Roadmap.
• Maintain CAD files and drawing criteria; manage budgets.
• Coach and develop team members and allocate resources.
