Responsabilités

• Prepare and assemble product submittal packages with technical data sheets and specs.
• Coordinate printing, plotting, and distribution of drawings and docs.
• Organize and maintain project documents from various stakeholders.
• Maintain electronic project files with proper naming and version control.
• Provide administrative support to the engineering department and correspond on projects.
• Submit engineering plans to AHJs with supporting documents.
• Navigate city/county portals for permitting and track review statuses.
• Track permits, revisions, approvals, and resubmittals.
• Maintain records of submissions and deadlines; communicate with officials.
