Job summary

Enexus Global Inc. is seeking an Engineering Applications and Tools specialist to support PG&E's Electric Operations IT. You will work with cross-functional teams to deploy improvements and learn AutoCAD while maintaining business processes and field-user support.

The role emphasizes AutoCAD expertise, ProjectWise administration, and collaboration across disciplines. You will participate in user acceptance, document requirements, and help configure and sustain work management systems.

Qualifications

• Intermediate understanding of AutoCAD functionality and best practices.
• 5 years of experience in IT, engineering, or business fields.
• Participation in projects of medium complexity.
• Continuous IT and business education.
• Experience in change management processes.
• Experience in technology or system deployments for utility operations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Detail oriented with good oral and written communication.
• Ability to work with different teams across disciplines and levels.
• Understands general business processes of department(s) supported.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in AutoCAD; learning AutoDesk Vertical Software (AUD, Plant 3D).
• Learn to administer ProjectWise and its functionality.
• Handle moderate user issues and escalate complex problems.
• Analyze and document business processes and information needs.
• Discuss requirements and deliverables with peer team members.
• Provide timely and professional IT communications and escalate as appropriate.
• Lead and engage in requirements development for business solutions.
• Lead and participate in User Acceptance Tests and QA reviews.
• Support project development with LEAN coaching.
• Maintain and sustain existing work management systems and applications.
