Baseten is seeking a Web Designer / Design Engineer to own baseten.co day to day, from concept through production. You will design and build landing pages, bring product launches to life, run experiments, improve conversion, and raise the quality bar on the site.

This high-ownership role sits between brand design and frontend engineering, with autonomy to ship while partnering with brand, product marketing, engineering, and leadership on big launches.

Qualifications

• Fluency in modern frontend development (React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Ability to move from Figma into code and own the final result in production.
• Deep attention to typography, layout, interaction, motion, and responsiveness.
• Systems thinking with reusable components and patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and frontend implementation of the Baseten marketing site.
• Ship landing pages, product pages, launches, and campaigns from concept through production.
• Improve the site continuously with data-driven tests and optimization.
