The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background and up to 3 years of experience, with strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Onsite role offering competitive salary and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 0–3 years of related engineering experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Design and development of vehicle chassis components, including CAD data.
• Apply mechanical engineering, product design and manufacturing knowledge to solve problems.
• Develop components from concept through prototype, validation and production.
• Organize and lead productive meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise between customer and internal groups for project coordination.
• Communicate with suppliers on quality requirements.
• Create and maintain project documents, schedules, and technical reports.
• Design parts for manufacturability for mass production.
• Support product launches after design freeze through production.
• Plan work priorities and schedule tasks to meet milestones.
• Understand prototypes and reflect best practices in design.
• Collaborate with Sales during development to support quotes.
