Celigo is seeking a Design Engineer to bridge design intent and production reality, owning the first design engineer seat and shaping how this function evolves. You will work across UX, Product Design, Design Systems, and Engineering to deliver high-quality, accessible UI components and workflows.

You will maintain the production-ready component library, prototype complex interactions, and build AI-assisted workflows to accelerate the team's output while ensuring design fidelity and WCAG

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience designing and building UIs for complex B2B SaaS products.
• 7+ years building web interfaces with React, TypeScript and modern CSS.
• WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility implementation at component level.
• Cross-functional collaboration with design, product, and engineering teams.
• Production-quality UI components or component libraries.
• Experience with design token pipelines and design systems governance.
• Experience building and maintaining a component documentation system (Storybook).
• Portfolio showing both design sensibility and code quality.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and evolve the production-ready React component library to align design and UX.
• Prototype complex interactions and animations in code to gather real user feedback.
• Build AI-assisted workflows and agent rules for design systems and Figma libraries.
• Enable the UX team by defining workflows and mentoring designers and content designers.
• Collaborate with Product Designers and PMs to translate design intent into accessible UI components.
• Define interaction states and usage guidelines for engineering efficiency.
• Maintain Figma and React token architectures and ensure alignment between systems.
