RBC Bearings Incorporated is seeking a Design Engineer Trainee - New Graduate to join our engineering team at Kahr Bearing. The role involves designing, testing and documenting new products, while supporting manufacturing and customer projects.

You will collaborate with sales, manufacturing and customers to address design challenges, apply lean methods, and develop processes to improve quality, cost, and delivery. Bachelor's degree and hands-on abilities are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Cursory knowledge of GD&T and schematics.
• Ability to read and decipher assembly drawings and procedures.
• Demonstrated hands-on abilities through employment or personal projects.
• Attendance and punctuality essential.

Responsabilidades

• Design, test, and document new products; support manufacturing.
• Collaborate with sales, manufacturing and the customer to provide solutions to design challenges.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes; deploy Lean and Six Sigma strategies.
