VAL-CO Industries, located in New Holland, PA, is seeking a Full Time Design Engineer to join a dynamic, agricultural-focused team. You will design and improve mechanical and electro-mechanical products, using CAE, CAD, and FEA to boost performance and manufacturability.

The role requires a BS or technical engineering degree, proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• BS or technical degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Mechanical and electrical systems knowledge.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks and MS Office.
• Ability to interpret instructions and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Design new and improved products or modify existing solutions.
• Use CAE, CAD, and FEA to enhance productivity and quality.
• Provide material and process specifications for manufacturing or purchasing parts.
• Guide Designers and Drafters and ensure development projects are completed.
• Assist in prototype design and fabrication and document production drawings.
