Job summary

United Equipment Accessories, Inc. is seeking a Design Engineer to develop innovative, high-quality products for motion applications while balancing technical and economic factors.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and occasional travel to customer sites and trade shows, both nationally and internationally. A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a minimum of four years in design engineering are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Electrical/Electronics background preferred.
• Minimum four years in design engineering, new product development, and component testing.
• Strong communication, math, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with CAD/ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, high-quality products for motion applications within time and cost limits.
• Provide technical support and service throughout the sales process, including travel to sites and events.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, marketing, engineering, supply chain and manufacturing.
• Follow established procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
