Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience with vehicle systems integration, routing, packaging, and installation design.
- Proven ability to lead multiple engineering projects in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical design and integration of electrical systems within complex vehicle platforms.
- Design components, brackets, harness routing paths, enclosures, and installation schemes.
- Own cost, quality, validation, and schedule for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure manufacturability and serviceability.
- Coordinate with manufacturing for assembly feasibility and durability.
