Job summary

Doosan Bobcat North America, Inc. invites students to join its Co-op and Internship programs at multiple North Dakota sites (Bismarck, Gwinner, Johnson Creek, Statesville). You will work full-time for 8 months (co-op) or part-time for 4 months (internship), gaining hands-on experience in engineering and product development.

You will modify parts in Creo, manage ECNs and BOMs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve designs. A 3.0+ GPA and teamwork mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing pursuing a degree in Agricultural or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Must be able to commit full-time for 8 months (co-op) or 4 months (internship).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and modifying parts and engineering drawings using Creo.
• Update ECNs and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Support prototype builds, testing, and maintenance of engineering equipment.
• Analyze test results to improve product designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve design challenges and contribute to product development.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on product improvements.
