iNRCORE Group's Bicron Electronics facility in Torrington, CT is hiring an Electrical Engineer I to support new product development, testing, and documentation for magnetic and electronic components.

You will collaborate with senior engineers to design, prototype, test, and analyze data, update drawings and schematics, and participate in design reviews while following applicable specifications. This entry-level role offers hands-on growth in a multidisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Foundational understanding of analog circuits and magnetic components.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical documents.
• Basic proficiency with engineering and CAD tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design and testing of new electrical and magnetic components.
• Support troubleshooting for existing products and manufacturing processes.

We currently have an opening for Electrical Engineer I in our Bicron Electronics facility , located in Torrington, CT reporting to the Engineering Department Manager. This entry‑level engineering role supports new product development, testing, and technical documentation for magnetic and electronic components.

Details of the Role:

The position of Electrical Engineer I assists with electrical design, prototype development, product testing, engineering documentation, and basic problem solving. You will work closely with senior engineers to support product development and production needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and testing of new electrical and magnetic components.
• Support troubleshooting for existing products and manufacturing processes.
• Build prototypes and perform electrical and mechanical measurements.
• Collect and analyze engineering data to support validation.
• Prepare and update drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
